Hello Ted, thanks for looking up the website and taking the time to leave a message. I've just spoke to my Faither, Eddie Hanratty, and he remembers you, thinks you stayed up near the North Camp. Faither is 79 now, and still plays and competes with the Band. He's going to give me some names you may remember.I'll speak to our webmaster regarding the photos, and get back to you with that information, and the list of names.
Kind Regards
Eddie Hanratty (J)

Hello,
I lived near Milton Bridge in the 1950's and played in the Penicuik Pipe Band starting when I was about 12 until 1958 when I was called up for national service. What happy days they were. Many of the pipers were coal miners and were very good and helpful to me. I will think hard and try to come up with some names.
I have a photo of me with the band. Any way to upload it to this site.
Very best wishes.
Ted
